2. Fees & Payment

Compensation: Brokerage fees, retainers, or referral arrangements are disclosed and agreed in writing before services that trigger compensation are performed.
Third-Party Costs: Title, recording, inspection, and lender fees are typically paid to third parties according to your closing statement.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation rights for paid services, if any, are described in your brokerage agreement and in our Refund Policy. Either party may terminate representation as permitted by contract and applicable regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law
