FLAT RATE REALTY LLC aims to keep brokerage billing predictable. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and prepaid amounts that may apply to services promoted on flatrarealuru.cc.

1. General Approach

Real estate commissions and administrative fees are governed by your written brokerage agreement and applicable Colorado regulations. Refunds outside that agreement are considered only when required by law or when we cannot deliver a separately purchased, prepaid service through no fault of the client.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or engagement:

• Notice: Please provide as much advance notice as possible so we can adjust marketing schedules or showing calendars.
• Agreement Terms: Any non-refundable retainers, marketing budgets, or minimum fees are listed in your contract or invoice.

3. Prepaid Services

For optional prepaid services (for example, premium photography packages billed separately):

• Before Fulfillment: If you cancel in line with the written terms, we may refund amounts not yet earned minus any third-party costs already incurred.
• After Fulfillment: Once deliverables are complete, amounts are generally non-refundable except where a material error occurred on our side.
